Front finishing work continues, and more electrical

Work continues on the stucco work. To make room, the street side trees were trimmed up dramatically (they grow back very quickly). The false windows in the front are filled in with breeze block.

The primary electrical pony panel under the front stairwell. This panel will allow us to split utilities between the first and second floor units in the future.

Breeze block windows complete, along with the wall in front of lot #4. Streetfront trees have been trimmed up a bunch.

Scaffold goes up on the west side in anticipation of stucco going on. While not necessary, we thought our neighbour Ramona would really appreciate bordering a pretty wall.

railings and breeze block

Some of the details are starting to get filled in, and some of the important pieces of infrastructure are ready for install. A bit of the pretty stuff and a bit of the needed stuff with this update.

the propane tank that will provide fuel for the stoves. This will be going on top of the utility room on the third floor, with a hidden fill hose that runs to street level

This picture isn't as exciting for you as it is for me, but it is where the mountain of construction debris used to reside. It's gone now. the white marker on the rear wall shows the seperation between lots 1 and 2, which are for sale.

The southwest corner of the building. Stucco still has to be done on this side of the building, after our neighbours trees are trimmed. This picture shows the completed second floor railing.

This wall is where the second floor B suite kitchenette will be. Plugs and switches for the countertop and fridge areas are being installed.

Tinacos ready to be hoisted up to the rooftop. There will be two up top, that are fed by pressured water from the under-stair cistern.
