3rd floor nearing completion

The third floor utility room, bathroom, as well as the infrastructure for the forward and rear stairwell roofs is taking shape.

The third floor bathroom and utility rooms are taking shape. Here is the style breezeblock used for ventilation that is expressed throughout the building

Side/Rear view from outside the property. The upper left of this pic shows the pillar structure going up around where the spiral stairwell will be. 

Another pic from the rear. Here the 'beak' detail of the overhangs can be seen more clearly. The manual winch is for getting mortar and other materials up to the third level.

This is on top of the utility room. Tile is being laid to shed water off of this roof and onto the one below.

This is the pad where the tinacos (water vessels) will sit.
